Never be afraid to get dirty, but be sufficiently sure-footed to avoid the abyss of contamination.

Dust

We wear masks and wipe. It’s everywhere: on Gandhi, Russell, Narayan, Milton, Tagore, and Shakespeare. They’ve all been saved but not all have been preserved. Some will be discarded. The pack rat in me winces. I follow it up with a sneeze: too much dust. We will continue tomorrow.
